Name, Image, and Likeness: What is Going On – Part 2

The Legal Updates

1. Virginia’s Lawsuit Against the NCAA

2. Virginia Amends its NIL Law

Considerations for the Virginia Collegiate Student-Athlete

Due to this growing and developing legal landscape, it may prove beneficial for student-athletes to seek an attorney to assist with understanding their legal rights behind proposed NIL deals; 谈判 and drafting NIL agreements, and other aspects involving NIL.
